The TTQ sidebuster is undoubtedly the strongest sidebuster available today – perfect for the newer, bigger tractors and the increasingly tough conditions.
From the solid bar headstock to the use of one full clamped spreader per rear tyne, there is no other manufacturer matching the build quality or amount of steel used.
The front two rows have super heavy duty mulch blades fitted and the back row will come with adjustable shanks and heavy duty furrowers as standard.
Make sure when you are looking at other machines, you compare oranges with oranges!
We generally make sidebusters in 4 and 6 row configurations but if you want something else then, as usual, just ask!
If a sidebuster isn’t your thing then we also make a great centrebuster! Once again, we use a solid bar headstock (no RHS cracking there) and every rear shank gets its own spreader.
Any row configuration is possible, including skip configurations.
We can also add a wide variety of attachments and tools from high back furrowers to bed levellers.
The same frame can also be used for underslung attachments like bed rollers or cultipackers.
We make solid drum rollers and rubber tyre rollers – and guess what? Yep, they can be custom built too!
Old truck tires or new bobcat tyres? Folding or straight? Solid or skip? You get the picture… Let us know what you want and we can tell you what we’d make it like.
We’ve got to admit that we really don’t like cultipackers… but they are a necessary evil in some conditions and therefore we take the TTQ approach to them and make them - As strong as possible using cultipacker rings that are bigger and heavier than any others!
We have made 12m folding cultipackers but you will want a very big tractor if you are asking for one of them…
The rings are 510mm outside diameter, 350mm inside, 62mm wide and weigh 17kg. We mount them on a very solid piece of bar so it can carry them.
Our standard stabiliser sets use 50cm discs and can be attached to any size bar from 4x4 inch upwards.
You can have a spring loaded or turnbuckle version – we haven’t yet been asked to make a hydraulic version but, who knows…?
If greater precision is important we make a steerable adaptor that can be fitted into the standard set up. Then through the magic of those GPS guys, made to help keep that big bar in precisely the right spot (we still marvel at that non-steel tech stuff).
If you have an older machine already but it is in need of some TLC or is just not able to cope with the job anymore, don’t fret, we can help you upgrade/repair it!
We’ve done dozens of upgrades to Gessner, Tilco and other machines to give them the TTQ touch (you can even get them painted our awesome orange).
Sometimes they have a reasonable amount of usable parts and you can get the benefit of a brand new machine for a pretty good price.
