Mulching

Row Crop

Why the TTQ Trojan Mulcher

The key to the superior performance of the TTQ Trojan Mulcher is the specially designed flail pattern to suit row crops. This increases mulching efficiency and provides higher quality mulching over rows on a variety of configurations, cotton, sorghum etc. Having 6 – 8 extra flails per row means that the burden of mulching is shared between more blade resulting in longer flail life and most importantly meaning the machine stays in balance as they wear down.

The wear skins are all replaceable and the Trojan's extra heavy duty bearings are designed with trouble free replacement in mind. There are easy grease points and access holes cut into the drums to make sure you can inspect them easily when needed.

The gearbox is mounted in a significantly lower position than other mulchers to increase lifting height while the machine is running, allowing easier operation of the machine whilst in the paddock.

Built like a tank with the speed of a race car – this is the machine you need if you are serious about doing the right mulching job.
